Sweet ripe tomatoes and honey are balanced with fermented gochujang paste, dark soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for savoury umami depth. Apple cider vinegar adds gentle acidity, while a touch of clove and sesame oil rounds out the finish. Smooth, glossy, and less sugary than traditional ketchup, it delivers a rounded sweet-umami heat that builds without overpowering.
